• You are required to furnish your passport/Emirates ID when required
• Pets aren’t allowed on the cruise
• You must keep your life jacket on as per UAE laws
• There’s no option for private transfers as the venue can be reached by public transport easily
• The number of people mentioned during booking can’t be exceeded during the cruise
• The duration of the trip can be extended after additional payment

Cancellation policy

• No cancellation policy is charged if you cancel the booking at least 24 hours before the cruise is scheduled
• A 100% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the cruise’s scheduled start
• If you are found eligible for a refund, we shall credit the amount to your account within 7 working days

The child policy

• Children below 3 years are allowed free access as they are considered infants
• Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged at concessional rates meant for children
• Children more than 10 years old are charged at standard rates as they are considered adults
